Two modern commercial buildings with signage: the upper image shows a gray concrete building with the word 'Plumbline' on a black panel and cars parked outside behind a fence; the lower image shows a larger white building labeled 'TyreMAX' with a glass entrance, cars parked in front, and a road with a white car passing by under a blue sky with clouds.
Modern building with a large circular entryway framed in light-colored bricks, leading to an illuminated interior space with glass windows and a sign reading 'WORKSPACE', adjacent to a parking lot with empty spaces and a handicapped parking spot.
Two modern industrial buildings; the top shows a row of gray warehouse units with large black roll-up doors and a concrete driveway under a clear blue sky. The bottom shows the front of a beige commercial building with large glass windows and a green metal roof, parking spaces with cars, small landscaped flowerbeds, and a person walking on the sidewalk in front.

Early project involvement
Three construction workers wearing orange safety vests and helmets walking away inside a building under construction, accompanied by a text stating practical advice to improve buildability, reduce risk, and identify value-engineering opportunities.
Purpose-built manufacturing
Two workers wearing white safety helmets and orange shirts with 'Driven by reliability' on the back, standing side by side, with text to the right reading 'Controlled production conditions for consistent quality, accuracy and finish.'
Own crane fleet

Frequently Asked Questions about Precast Projects

What precast products do you manufacture?

We manufacture precast concrete panels, stairs, columns, beams, rain gardens and bespoke components for commercial, industrial, civil, multi-residential and architectural projects.

Can you get involved during the design stage?

Yes. Early involvement allows us to provide practical design input, buildability advice and value engineering before key details are fixed. We can work alongside your architect, engineer and contractor to develop an efficient precast solution.

What size precast elements can you manufacture?

Our purpose-built facility can manufacture substantial precast elements to suit a wide range of project requirements. Practical size limits are generally determined by the transport route, site access, lifting requirements and project design, so we recommend involving our team early when planning larger elements.

What finishes and patterns are available?

We can manufacture standard off-form concrete as well as customised patterns, textures, colours and architectural finishes. Options include timber-grain board-form detailing and other project-specific treatments developed to suit the design intent.

Do you provide precast shop drawings?

Yes. We prepare detailed precast shop drawings that coordinate panel dimensions, reinforcement, cast-in items, lifting points, connections, openings and finishes. Drawings are submitted for the required project review before manufacture begins.

Can you provide supply-only precast?

Yes. We can provide manufacture and delivery only, or a complete design, manufacture and installation package. Our integrated service can also include cranage, panel placement, temporary bracing, joint sealing and grouting.

Where do you deliver?

We manufacture from our Levin facility and deliver to projects across the lower North Island and beyond. Delivery planning considers panel dimensions, weight, route restrictions, permits, unloading requirements and site access.

Do you install the precast components?

Yes. Our experienced installation teams are supported by our own mobile and crawler crane capability. We coordinate lifting, placement, alignment and temporary bracing, with sealing and grouting available as part of the installation package.

What site information is needed before installation?

We review crane and truck access, ground conditions, lifting positions, panel sequence, temporary bracing requirements and surrounding obstructions. Early site coordination helps us develop a safe, practical installation plan and minimise disruption.

How much lead time should we allow?

Lead times vary with the project size, design complexity, drawing approvals, finish requirements and production programme. Contacting us early allows time for design coordination, shop drawings, manufacture, delivery and installation planning.

What affects the cost of precast concrete?

Pricing is influenced by component size and weight, quantities, reinforcement, mould complexity, finishes, cast-in items, transport, cranage and site conditions. Providing drawings and programme information helps us prepare an accurate quotation or early budget estimate.

What should I provide when requesting a quote?

Send us the available architectural and structural drawings, specifications, panel schedules, finish requirements, project location and required programme. If the design is still developing, we can begin with concept information and help identify the next steps.
